Complaint Details
I booked a flat in Orris Curiocity on 24th June 2013, against which the payment of Rs50,000 was made by cheque #774462 to Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Another cheque of Rs3,00,000 was dishounoured due to lack of funds in the account. Hence till date the payment of Rs 50,000 is lying with Orris. After 4 days of Booking i.e on 28 June , I requested the concerned official representative of Orris (Mr Amit Kapoor)for cancellation and which was accepted by him. After number of calls and emails , I was being assured that your money will refunded to you within 90 days of your request despite of sending a hand written application to Orris. Hence In order to get my refund of Rs 50,000, I need Zee media help to involve into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
