i had participated in a contest on 100bestbuy website for samsung galaxy phone. After that received a call from them they were offered me a wrtist watch which actual cost approx 5000/- of SS material @ 840/- on offer price. I accepted the same. When I received the watch it was rusted at few places, SS watch never rust. This was not looking for more than 200/- Rs cost but they were wrongly told about the same. As they display on there site for 30 days money back gauranttee if a product doesn't meet as per spec. Even either they give money back or points for purchase on there site. Since my case was of product spec mismatch they should return my 840 /- Rs . I have complaint on 15 June 13 & followed up for 3-4 times on email & customer care no. but neither they have wrote a single word of anything or called. There silence speaks that they are cheating & not fulfilling there claim. requesting your intervention for providing my money back. Due to this sustainabe losscuased to my money hence 24 % DI & 20 % DI due to without reason holding my money ( total 44 %) inline with Consitution of India Section 14,19& 21 after 1 month of deilvery received to me. mail communication copy attched.
