Complaint Details
On 11th July, I booked Adidas men's sports shoes(336120). The Reference no. is 23283612 and order Id is 11535145.
While booking transaction got failed for the 1st time. So I booked agian and second time the booking was successful.
But the amount of Rs. 962.00 debited from my account twice. When I enquired HDFC Credit cards division, they said 100Bestbuy claimed the money two times
for this product. They have given all the details regardig Bestbuy's claim.
Bestbuy had claimed twice on 12th july for the amount Rs. 962.00. I have the ARN and autorization code for both the transactions.
I have E-mailed them 4-5 times and called to customer care so many times. They just say that they will verify the transaction and will contact me later.
But till now I din't hear from them.
