I subscribed to Tikona broadband in month of march On 18 April , the broadband suddenly stopped working. When contacted to Tikona service center, I got a response saying that there is some issue with the line through which I was supposed to get the service. They called it as a permission issue of one tower. The issues became daily routine from the same time. I have raised exactly 50 Services Request (I have kept all the details for court case) till date around the complain of broadband. I had start the speed issue as per my plan I have 2048MBps Speed but I received the 239kbps and less than that. After many useless attempt with customer care team, I called for almost 10 times continuously. After 3 days I received the call from Mr. Himashu ,but still problem persisted so I had sent the escalation mail to Nodal officer J.Nayyer regarding the same issue on 23 may 2013 I have paid the Tikona bill timely. But after dissatisfaction I had not paid the bill for month of june. after that I recieved the call for tikona billing department for payment. they have not given the good services but mentally harassment for payment call. on Saturday(24 Aug 2013) Tikona Stopped the working suddenly again. I called to customer care department they told me a Permission issue on Your Acess point. After that I received a call in monday (26 Aug 2013) from customer care they told me problem resolved and we given the access to new point and they would arrange the engineer visit to my place today (27 Aug) but in morning I received the call from 020-41438902 (Local Tikona Team from Pune) they ask me you will talk to your society chairman for the resolve the permission issue. why I m asking for that stupid question for the society chairman for the issue. because this issue between the society and Tikona. I have attached the my my service request and billing payment, payment, usses for your reference.
