1> The product is defective and need to b.e replaced, please see the stains on the sole of the shoe in the photographs attached, which have already been emailed and informed to M/S Clues Network Pvt. Ltd. via email.
2> There is no bill sent with the product.
3> The company is least bothered to call and I have spent money to call them many times and they are least bothered
