Dear Sir/madam,

Please note I had purchased Maxx Mobile Model # MSD7Bar 2.4 on 11/6/13 from retailer Ambika mobile from santacruz in Mumbai. However,within a months time faced speaker problem in the mobile and on 8/7/13 gave the mobile to companys service centre NICE TELECOM in Andheri Service Job sheet # 8890and was assured delivery within weeks time and till date I am struggling for my mobile, I even lodged complaint to companys registered office in Goregaon (Mumbai) and the complaint # is KS4150262 but in vain.
