Complaint Details
There is online fraud of Rs33050/- on 26 Oct 12. The matter was brought to Bank notice on 31 Mar 13. the Bank has put a deaf ear towards the complaint. They have without any supportive evidences delared the transaction as authentic. On telephonic conversation with Bank officail it is reveled that money was is used to buy gold coin from rediff.com. On enquiry from Rediff.com, they have intimated that all details of the transaction has been given to HDFC Bank. The bank should refund the said amount with interest and furnish all the details of the transaction. An FIR is alreaady lodged with Chandigarh Cyber crime.
