Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I went to have lunch in Hotel Sai Krishna, located at Mogappair West Chennai, Tamil Nadu. One meal costs Rs. 55. After giving Rs. 50 at the counter, I gave rest 5 rupees as one Rs. 2 coin and rest 3 rupees as 6 50 paisa coins. The cashier at the counter refused to take the 50 paise coins, when asked they wont take the coins, they said "do not argue" and did not give me the meal token. After arranging for another Rs. 5 coin, they gave me the meal. It was a big insult for me in front of at least 5-6 people. I believe the government has not rolled back 50 paise coins or have banned them, or they have no value. I need action to be taken against them and compensation for mental agony by insult.
