Complaint Details
MR Kalpesh Pandya Executive Director of OMJAG INDUSTRIES LTD (Shell Co.), first time meet (Aug.2011) at BALBIR ALLOYS PVT LTD where I am a Senior Accountant. In this meeting, he told me that he was working abroad last 25 years and want to set up business in India.
Then during the month of Dec.2012, he contacted me through linkedin website and sent message that he have some work for me. On 24th Dec., 2012 we meet at Mahim station in his Car. That time he told me that no he started his own Bio-fuel product company – OMJAG INDUSTRIES LTD, factory at Khera and office in BKC. After some discussion, he directly gave me offer Rs.12 L (CTC) and I also blindly faith on him and accepted his offer and resign my previous esteem MNC - CETCO India.
I joined on 16/02/2013, I prepared some CMA Data for his company from home and at end of month when I demand for salary, he give lots of excuses to me and yet he had not paid my salary.
Within 15 Days, I came know this is a Shell company and I cheated by Kaplesh Pandya.
