I am a owner of Skoda Laura which I bought in year 2011 which is know to be a latest model of Laura till date, I bought the same from Arshia Motors who is one of authorized dealers of your. For the first 3 months this car was working fine there was some little error or defects ((Thread of Steering Cover)
which was covered under the warranty but as soon as this car jumped 3 months this car has become biggest problem for me as twice the A/C Compressor has been changed and one time Clutch Plates has been changed for which I’ve paid amounting Rs. 45,000/- and for now buying Skoda Car has became an “Ordeal” as right now on current date (Dated: Aug 27,2013) my car is still with my regular service station which is lonely authorized service station of yours in Delhi (Fahrenheit Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.) who have told me yet again A/C Compressor problem and its going to be change for straight 3rd time.
So, referring to same letter I’m really fed up with your Car and its defect as I bought this Car 2 Years ago and parked the same in your service station for months. So, kindly asks you to replace this vehicle and plz revert keeping this letter on same corresponding address or email or telephone number given under.
Problems:
1. A/C Compressor changed – Thrice (3 Times each time costing Rs. 85,000/-)
2. Steering Cover- 1
3. Clutch Plates- 1 (Costing Rs. 45,000/- which I have paid as under wear and tear)
4. Battery Replacement
5. Drier

I've even couriered same to M/S Skoda India Pvt. Ltd Aurangabad. Plz guide me further.
