Complaint Details
The internet connection was off for a month and inspite of that a bill of rs1800 was sent at the end of the month. Due to non payment of the bill the connection was discontinued but the complaint was not redressed and when we applied for the number to be discontinued, we were told to pay the last bill after which the service shall be discontinued but once the bill was paid, the connection was restarted and another bill of rs1400 was sent within 4 days of such payment.
