Complaint Details
Tata Docomo refused to shift my landline plus Internet connnection stating 'feasibility issues.' For 2 months i was without a phone connection or internet. When i stopped the service they are asking for payment for the months when THEY THEMSELVES stated 'they cannot shift my connection.' How dumb do they have to be? And now, i get harassed by their collection agents everyday for payment.Is there no justice for teh consumer. How can they even ask for service which they have not provided for more than 2 months. Deplorable state of affairs, really.
