I purchased a Western Digital Hard Disk drive from Flipkart.com this drive is a bulk packaged drive. I found that the device clicks on connecting to computer and is not being detected by Windows. I sent the device back as RMA# through BlueDart courier, before I sent the courier the drive was intact and had no issue. Either the drive was damaged during courier or because of some mishandling in WD warehouse, I don't know. I could never use this device and still the WD returned back the device not providing the warranty. I don't care how the device was damaged, first of all they should not have released a damaged product to market, if they have done that they should value customer and should not fool them. The response from them is horrible, Call center has no info on what is actual issue, emails are responded in ages. I am simply frustrated and feel cheated.
