I received a call from roozgaar regardign job opening and they guided me i will not be charge any amount at this movement. So according to their guidence i purchase one resume xplode product in 1685 Rs online through my credit card because they assure me they will not be charge from merchant side. Then after they told me you have to buy Employment verification service which will cost me around 3600 so i bought that. Then they told me to purchase their interview cracker service but i refused. then they immediately cut the call. Then after searching online i found that Roozgarar.com is a fraud comapny and they are duping people. So i mail them to cancel the order request becuase according to their cancellation policy if we mail in 24 hours then they will cancell our order. But next day i receive a call from their refund department (Mohit) and they shouting on me and told me refund will not be made. If you want you can go consumer court or anywhere we will not give your money back becuase you purchase the service. I tried to convience them for cancellation policy but they are not agreed. I want you take necessary action because this company is duping so many people and i found so many grievence registered on so many other consumer forum. This comapny shoud have to be close in near future otherwise they will be growing bigger and bigger in doing scams. I hope i will get reply from your side.
