Complaint Details
I brought Chevrolet Cruze in July 2010. I also brought CPCO policy from Chevrolet in which the car was supposed to be maintained by the company for three years.
After I brought the car I started facing problems such as lack of proper service. The dealer refused to replace faulty speaker system. Non- working Fog lites were not replaced and poor quality horn was replaced with old when I insisted that under CPCO the responsibility of maintenance of the car belongs to the company who has received upfront payment for its maintenance for 3 years. Furthermore, I was charged for weights for wheel balancing when it should not have happened under CPCO by the dealer.
I gave my car for the last CPCO service on 29th july 2013 , one day prior to completion of CPCO, but the SV Motors, the official dealer of Chevrolet in Amritsar refused to acknowledge the CPCO and instead confiscated my car and refused to give it back to me .
I have complained to Chevrolet Motors (complaint number 1167585) about the erring dealer but nothing has happened. I am without a car since one month.
