Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an NRI living in Melbourne-Austrlia, got Webdreams to develop my business website during my short visit to India in May 2013. It has come to a standstill now(please read below for further details) where webdreams have locked me out from accessing my own website. Reasoning that i have to pay for restoring the website which was the result of their own problem.
Full details (if necessary):
Mrs. Deepali, the director of webdreams emailed me a quote to begin with, unclear of details, but were verbally discussed. They launched the website on-time however the key details ( mainly from Home page) were not complete and were promised to be completed in a short period as i had to leave India in the next 2 days. After several emails & phone calls to Mr. Kiran, project leader,changes did not happen, but i was advised to attempt myself and the website theme got disturbed. I had explain it to Mrs. Deepali and she proceeded to restore the website but has changed the password and has sent me an invoice for Rs. 2,000.00 which is unfair and was not made clear to me.
I request you help me with the justice where I wish to simply just get the full details from WebDreams (password etc) and close the matter.
