Complaint Details
I booked for Pick up on 30.8.13 for transport of household items from Ernakulam to Kochi. reference for Booking is 12530605. I called so many times to customer care and informed about pick up of goods, they are not respond properly, Pick up was not done on 30.8.13. I booked a ticket to travel to chennai on same day, But due to this i cancelled my trip. Request you to take action against GATI ltd.
