Sir I have sent a complaint earlier for which I got a registration no. 0006048/2013 against MicromaxMobiles.A mobile"MicromaxSuperfoneA110Canvas2"bought by me on 04/11/2012(online payment) has been given 4th time at their service centre,is still lying with them,on contacting several times,they don't attend my call,don't take action on sending mails and after 50 days of my mobile with them,they send me mail that they can't get any information on my job sheet number.I am attaching the necessary documents for your reference.When all other means fail,it's only the fear of LAW and Government which can make a person do fair business.You can see what they have written in their last email.
Expecting a firm action against such frauds.
