I purchased a laptop and choose only samsung due to its Tablet Offer (SMART DUO OFFER) Company told me that i will recieve a coupon code after 15 days of registration,I registered on 13 July ,when after 15 days i called Samsung care ,they told me to wait for more 5 days,But still Today after more than 1.5 month and registering more than 15 complaints I havn't recieved any code,And whenever i call, their technitian told me to wait for another 3-4 days.I request you to take an immediate action against the fake offers of company And provide Me a Samsung Tablet as mentioned in offer.
