Dear Sir,
This is pertaining to transcend memory card 32 GB purchased by me somewhere in the month of
Complete details pertaining to the card are attached herewith. Transcend claims to be giving customer service or guarantee / warranty after sales service through this company called Accel Frontline Global services.
They claimed to provide us a brand new card within 3 months, unfortunately it appears that there is a nexus between the company and service center to make a fool of all customers.
The memory card was given on January 30, 2013, it is more than 8 months and till date we haven't received a single call pertaining to our product.
It was duly confirmed that product was defected and shall be replaced under company warranty.
The numbers mentioned on their acknowledgment receipt is not attended by any of their staff members.
An immediate inquiry is required in this matter since the amount spent pertaining to the memory card appears to have been gone down the drain.
