Hi Team,
I booked courier through Professional courier from Chennai to Erode (Inside Tamil nadu only) while booking they promised it will be delivered with in 24 hours, still its not delivered and when i called them for status inquiry no proper response and also very poor customer handling. They are saying we don't have the status of goods. This is completely unacceptable. In internet i am able to it is resent to chennai but they are saying in phone as still in erode only. Please take appropriate action to my goods get delivered.
I am attaching the screenshot from internet.

I request you to file a complaint against them as i really got depressed because of their response.
