Dear Sir,
I have ordered one consignment on 12th August 2013 using Naaptol.com and it has been almost 20 days but still I did not receive my order. They are claiming to deliver within 7-14 days but still nobody is answering me perfectly. When I have ordered those things, I was really in need of it. but they are still not giving answers after informed so many times. Now they are giving me shipping providers numbers and while talking to them, they are informing to contact naaptol. like this I am irritated by receiving such answers.
please take a strict action to those fraud companies. Bluedart is also involved in this case.
