Complaint Details
Himagiri Meadows Villa 119 owner cheated tenant by deducting full month rent instead of 22 days which we stayed in August. We gave 2 months notice before date of leaving. He also deducted huge amount for painting though we left the house in the same condition it was occupied. We have lost Rs 10000 in total. We request the MC to advise the owner to refund this amount. Failing which we would file a law suit in the consumer court.
