Xolo company asked me to handover the faulty mobile handset and assured me that they will solve the problem within five days.I have deposited handset to their collection point at Vashi,Navi Mumbai on 08 July 2013 and after enquiring many times with customer care there is no proper response.Handset details-Notification Number - 310000077147,IMEI number - 911246750449974,Model Number - A700.
