Respected Authority,

This is to Inform You that the Grocery Shop Retailer in

our Place Namely "Agrawal Kirana", (Motilal Nehru Nagar

City-Bhilai, State-Chhattisgarh, INDIA Pin-490020) has

absolutely no Ethics to Deal with Customers. We Wanted

a CFL Lamp of Philips and so Went to the Grocery shop

because He also keeps electrical products and wanted a

CFL Lamp of Philips But The Owner refused to give

Philips made lamp and wrote the warranty details in

koryo lamp and when we said that we don't want koryo

made lamp he refused to return the same. Also He is not

at all bothered about bills/invoice and not giving the

same. The Owner is also very rude and if the customer

talks rudely then He comes to the point of fights.
We want you as concerned Authority to take the required

Action against the Grocery Store "Agrawal Kirana"
