The company was at first, not sending me an UPC code for the port-out process. my account balance kept depreciating during all attempts made and it took them almost a moth's time to send me a valid code. after submitting the docs to them, the request was rejected saying the code was invalid, which is highly unlikely because the code that was forwarded was exactly the same as sent by Reliance. since my attempts of porting out started, the company started charging me for unwanted and invalid reasons and not properly resolve my multiple complaints. This has been happening since the last 2 months and the details of all my complaints are available on their facebook page
