Regarding the transaction of Rs. 563.00 dated 13-July-2013 at Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd processed on Hdfc bank credit card account.

Currently this issue is still unresolved and the Hdfc bank official are temporarily holding this flipkart transaction as disputed. The summary details for this issue are mentioned here and the email details are attaached. If necessary other details like copies of invoice and courier awb/notification are also available for resolving it. Prefer such particular flipkart transaction is handled properly, so kindly let me know if this can be addressed by your Consumer grievances redressal committee. And could further details about resolution process be shared with me?

For this above mentioned order, the items received were found to be defective and some damaged. As flipkart.com (Fk) through its retailer/vendor - 'WS Retail services pvt. ltd.' offers 30 day replacement guarantee for such items, the brand new replacement items were requested. Their Fk support staff (see e-mail details) accepted this damaged/defective issue and assured reverse pick-up for it. The replacements were supposed to be delivered after they received the items in the original order at their warehouse.

So all the items in this order were sent back to WS retail services warehouse (located@ Thane - 421302) on 29/07/2013. As per courier (Blue dart express ltd.) notification, these items have been delivered on 30/07/2013. The Fk support had mentioned replacement order would be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days; as per original order. But Fk support neither confirmed this order return nor notified me about the replacement items. Due to order processing issues (see e-mails for related Fk support incidents and Fk resolutions incident: 130728-004170, 130808-014704, 130811-007026, 130813-010786, 130816-025531, etc. ), this transaction has not been resolved.

The original order invoices (Nos. BLR_ WFLD20130700176871, MUM_BNDI20130700132419) do not list any telephone/e-mail contact for this vendor. And currently these replacement items have not been received by me and/or at our specified home address. If Fk and/or its vendor cannot provide it; prefer this order be cancelled and refund for amount Rs. 563 be credited back to above mentioned Hdfc card.
