i was trying to reset my password for internet banking of union bank of india, which is not able to reset from the union bank of india internet banking site, i make a complaint on 13-Aug-2013 still it is not working, when i called second time for the status of the issue, customer care person dhanalakshmi said they will register it manually so we dont get complaint no for that issue, i waited for 15 days and called back customer care person Mithula with anupam said to do again user registration in the internet banking site issue will be solved, but there is still problem we can do account creation twice with the same ATM card number, the main problem is ATM number and my account is Linked with each other. why does they misguide me.
