Hi I had a dish Tv connection & my set top box stopped working , i went to get it replaced (out of warranty) to dish service center and they said the seal of the box is broken and i have to buy a new connection , i told them can my current balance of rs.5oo be transferred to the new connection , they said its not possible, so i will have to buy a new connection of rs 1600 plus the recharge for that card and my current recharge will also be lost , i told them i am not interested & would like the refund of my recharge money , they said its not possible i spoke to customer care & they said the same thing . so after a few days i got another dish tv box from my friend which he was not using . but it didn't work as my VC card was not paired the box , i called customer care , they said call the local engineer & he will do it , i called the A.S vision and spoke to mr sunil who said its not possible to pair my card with the other box ( same company box ). i spoke to customer care again & this time i spoke to a supervisor who said pairing is not possible . So all in all Dish Tv company is saying no matter what i will have to pay them & they will not return my money for the service which i will not use ... please help ..regards Danish Khan
