I am Eureka Forbes user, using Eureka Forbes classic water purifier from last many years. It was in very good condition. But in month of Jan 2011 your customer sales Specialist Mr. Subhrajit Singh (9861956248) visited my residence at Parakeshdeep Tower, bhomikhal and ask us to install new machine i.e. Eureka Forbes Infinity model. And committed us to adjust Rs. 1000 (Rs 500 cash & Rs 500 gift) of my previous machine. He had taken Cheque of Rs 2000 (Cheque no. 677271 dated 24.01.11) also. But from last four months nothing had happened like that. I also called him to provide information for new machine but he never visited us. We are continuously calling him but he is making fool of us. This also effects your company reputation.

It is our humble request to resolve the matter; otherwise I stop our further EMI.
