Dear Consumer Complaints Team,

I am Sindhu, an engineering graduate registered with ECPS Pvt Ltd (Exalt Consulting Placement Services Private Limited) on 13-dec 2012 and my contact person is Zaara. They are Placement Consultants who refer candidates according to the requirement of their clients. To register with them INR 4500 has to be paid as a registration fee. During registration, I have been told that after six months, If I did not get thru with any companies, the fee will be refunded.

Since I did not get any job I decided to cancel my registration after six months and requested them to refund my registration fee. They asked me to contact Refund team by providing their contact No: 080 64000451

But it always busy and almost not possible to reach this number. Still I tried continuously and got connected couple of times. They asked to send a mail to them by requesting refund and in turn they sent me the refund request form in which I filled my registration and profile details and posted back to them. When I followed up again, they asked me to send the scanned copy of receipt and all mail communications.

Even after I sent all the requested latest details by Jul 21st, I did not get any update from them so far. For your reference, I have attached the scanned copy of receipt for the amount INR 4500.

Please do me the needful and my sincere advise for all other people don't register with this cheaters.
