Complaint Details
I booked a perfume from thefragrance9 website, the transaction appeared to be failed initially but later the amount was credited to the merchants account, inspite of the bank clarifying that the money has reached the merchant, he is not sending the goods that I purchased. Yhe bank as a pfoof provided me the journal no and the details of the merchants account where my money from my account was shown as credited to the merchants account on the 7th August 2013. PLease help.
