Dear Sir
I had called in the said complany office for enquiry regards to purchase of Lee Cupper Formal shoesas the company is the license for brand in India.They asked me to contact the retialer and gave me their number.I did accordingly wherein the retailer asked to remit amount in his account and said he willcourier the product.I did the same but i had recieved the product from Kochi wherein i had deposited money with the company retailer based in Calicut and the product i recieved was damaged one when i reported the same they asked to surreender the product(LC 9895 BRown FormalShoes) at Shoemart Shop in my city.I agreed but when i went after 4 days the shoe which had reached instead of damaged one was also defective when i reported the same company official who had given the retailer address now says tocontact retailer forgetting compiantresolved alo they are not picking my call or reply tomy mail for getting the compliant resolved.I have the email and recorded phone call and courierdetails which upon taking the compliant will be submitted for verification of my part.
