i took a portal from one stop shop to book tickets but fron the last 8 months my money is blocked in thier account.they gave a new account and said money would transfer from old account to new account but despite of many mails and calls there is no response,i request you to intervene and resolve the problem.my account no. is BP00086843.IN THE COMPANY
