Request you to please help my father Mr. Harshad Trivedi resolve the issues and problems created by Just Dial Services in the listing for our institute on their portal.

we had renewed our contract with them on the same lines as per our old contract and the same is clearly mentioned in our order form, but yet the deliverables do not match and even though we have paid a sum of money to them entirely in advance - our company name does not get JD Certified logo on their portal.

I will be glad to explain the entire case with the relevant documents and history of follow ups as well the concerned person's contact details to you - in person or over the phone.

Please guide and help me out resolve the same at the earliest.
