Complaint Details
We booked 2 tickets through Red Bus from Kadamba Bus stand Panjim, Goa on 17th August 2013(return ticket is also attached)in the name of Mr. Neetesh Varshney & Neha Varshney and Bus service provider name was 'Varsha Travels'. Bus reporting timing was 8:45 pm and departure time was 9:00 pm, we reached there at 7:30 pm and inquired about the bus everywhere at bus stand and also inquired where all private buses arrive to locate our bus.Then we started calling on the number(9591778474) which was mentioned on the E Ticket for boarding point related inquiry but when we dialed the number we came to know that number does not exist.
After that we called Red Bus and they gave us the same number which was coming 'does not exist' then again we called them and they gave us other number which nobody was picking up. we called them so many times but nobody picked up the phone and after reaching through so many sources they said bus is gone and during that time we were standing outside in the rain and i was accompanied by my wife and she was feeling so unsecured in the dark.
we gone through a mental trauma during that time and we had to find a hotel in night around 11 pm in an unknown city.
