My Milagrow tablet MGPT04 was out of warranty and the touch screen was not functioning properly due to which I contacted their customer care (customercare@milagrow.in) to know about the service centers in Kerala. I got a prompt reply that service centers are no more reliable in kerala and hence I can courier my table to Gurgaon service center for its repair.
Based on the address mentioned in the email I couriered my tablet to

After initial check they told me that I have to transfer Rs 3500 for its repair which I did and I was parallely enquiring about extending the warranty of my tablet for which they told me that I will have to pay 10% of the tablet price.
Though I didn't pay for the warranty extension I got my tablet back through indian speed post and when I opened I shocked to find that there is a crack and a big scratch on the tablet.
According to my previous conversation with milagrow this external damage will make the tablet void of warranty( though I didn't extend the warranty ).
I emailed milagrow on the same day I recieved the tablet about the damage for which they replied after few days saying that they will send a courier to pick up my tablet. From this prompt reply and act it seemed as though they are going to make amends for the mistake they have made. Instead they called me up later saying that those damanges are not their fault and that I need to transfer another 4000 Rs to get it repaired.
I have all the emails to prove that they were contacted on the same day I had recieved the tablet. I also didn't see any visible external damage on the parcel or bubble wrap when I recieved which proves that it was a damage which occured while servicing itself.
Since they were not willing to repair it for free I told them to return the tablet in its present working condition and I am glad to recieve it in that manner today again via indian speed post.
