I booked two tickets from Redbus.in and I cancelled them both. I was eligible for a refund amount of Rs. 800 for each of the ticket (Rs. 1600) in total. I got a refund of Rs. 800 and the other 800 was held back by Redbus offloading the guilt to the bank that they have not credited the amount in my account. I have checked with ICICI bank and there is no transaction with the reference number given by redbus to me. Later I came to know that the transaction number provided by redbus was fraudulent. I am still calling redbus on a daily basis to check the status of my issue and I am being dodged continuously.
