Dear Sir/Madam,

Pls find the attached Acknowledgment Slip dated 02/09/2013(surrendered before 03:00pm) of my Policy been surrendered.Requesting you to pls take the NAV as of 02/09/2013 as it is mistakenly taken by the company as 03/09/2013.The Surrender value dated 02/09/2013 is Rs67800(Approx)and on 03/09/2013 is Rs65600(Approx).


Would like to also inform you that,I have allready suffered a huge loss in Birla Sunlife ULIP policy.Requesting you not to give more pain to the policy holders because of your mistakes.
