Complaint Details
My complain number is Ccu130812862. I have under warranty split ac of 1.8 ton. The ac in my shop has broken down on 31/8/13.I requested daikin to send somebody quickly.Daikin said that its saturday and they will send immediately on priority bases.Nobody came.Sunday also noone came. I had told them that on mondays, my shop is shut so it would be kind of them if on saturday itself ,they do the check.
But on monday, i got a call from a person saying i am comig for service. I said its shut so he was agitated and hung up.Now I had been calling the person regularly , his number is 08013228520 and he was saying that he doesnt have anyone to send to me.
Today, he said I will not send this week because when I was sending you said dont send.He has this attitude of do whatever you want to do. And this daikin staff when i questioned him as to why he isnt sending an engineer used unmentionable language. He insulted me and used words which were shocking.
