1] Description of Property:-
A portion of land admeasuring 167.22 sq. mi. i.e. 1800sq.ft comprising of identified plot No. 7 totally admeasuring in S. No 40/1D situates at village Dattawadi (Nere) Tal Mulshi Dist. Pune along with the exclusive right to use, occupy and enjoy the portion of lands surrounding the said plinths and which premises are bounded as under:
Plot No.7admeasuring 1800 sq. ft.

ON OR TOWARDS-

EAST : By S.No:40
SOUTH : By Plot No 8
WEST : Internal Road.
NORTH : By Plot No 6

Hereinafter together referred to as the “said plots”


2] You have executed an Agreement of sale in fever of me and same was registered on 17/12/2011 at the office of joint Sub-Register Mulshi at Sr. No 5986/2011 by virtue of which you allotted the said plot to me along with exclusive right to use, occupy and enjoy the said plot in fever me on the agreed terms and conditions as per the said Agreement of sale. [Hereinafter referred to as the “Said Agreement”];

3] As per agreement I have already paid my entire amount
3] As per the terms of the agreement plot possession will be handed over within in 12 months. 21 months are already passed but not yet received possession of my plot or not yet received any further communication form your side


4] I have already had several telephonic & as well as personal visits to your office, for possession of said plots, you deliberately, maliciously and with all ill intentions ignored my requests for possession of plot and legal formalities.
I am sorry to say but the company has failed to keep its commitment and lost the customer's faith, As you kept your customers (Me) in the dark.
5] That you were required to the Talathi of village Dattawadi (Nere), to make entry of assignment of Sale hold assigned in fever me in the 7/12 Extracts and other revenue Records of the said S No. 40/1D Village Mauje Dattawadi (Nere), Tal .Mulshi, Dist. Pune immediately after the execution of said Sale Deed as I have completed all terms of Said Agreement.
6] You are hereby call upon to execute and register Sale Deed in fever of me and handover actual legal possession of the said plots within 15 days from the receipt of this Notice
7] Also you have to complete bellow promised amenities. Unfortunately, the work has been very slow & unsatisfactory
• Electricity at plot.
• Water connection at plot.
• Proper Tar roads up to my plot.
• Street light up to my plot.
• Name board at plot.
• 3 Side fencing for my plot.
• Plantation at road side up to my plot


8] I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, you choose not to
Undertake the rectification work required by 15 days, I will consider taking further action
To resolve the complaint through the Department of Commerce or the Building
Disputes Tribunal, Consumer court, News media & News Paper
