Recently I bought Premium quality vitrified tiles from the dealer of Redstonetiles at Korba. After laying the tiles i found that the the tiles are not flat and they are concave at the centre. The representative of the company came and he said that he can not do any thing after laying the tiles, even though he agreed that the tiles are defective. Now the question is that if the company could not see the defects while checking by machines then how can they expect us to see the defects before laying the tiles. Please escalate the matter through all possible means, so that the company (Redstonetiles) is forced to replace the tiles.
