I was using reliance net connect prepaid services .The number was 8595367539. I recharged my account with 3000 Rs. Just after few days of recharging my number got disconnected and I was not able to use the internet. I complained to the customer service and they told that your number has been disconnected as it was not recharged from last 6 months. I showed them that I recharged it couple of days back and there was 3000 Rs balance. So far there is no update on my balance. They issued me a new number but there was no response for balance refund. Every time I get the same response that they are looking into the issue. I am approaching them from last 8 months again and again but looks like no one is looking at the issue.

I visited around 8-10 times to the reliance world. Every time I had to waste around 30 to 45 mins. I have already spent thousands of Rupees in parking and fuel. As well at the same time I spend enough in calling the customer care. I cant quantify the mental trauma caused because of all this.
