Complaint Details
I subscribed it for my daughter in 10 with good services. Therefore, in 11 re-subscribed for PCM course with Eco as add on package with extra cost.

Now initially no Eco pack was made available and there they promised wrong info which was agreed by them and I have doc proof.

Now they changed base pack as Eco after that complaint & this is the point where problem started....Since that change my daughter is not able to see any LIVE test series of PCM base pack.

She has already missed 3 test but they are not responding on my requests.
