Complaint Details
Dear sir,
I had given my karbonn A9+ mobile having imei-911211901413196 and
imei-911211901413204 for sservice as it was dead on 20/07/2013 till
now i have not received the handset serviced from service center even
after 45 days and the company is not responding nor did they have provided a alternate remedy as they cann always provide a D.O(replacement of handset by new one)
