I have an aqua-quard water purifier of eureka forbes. I have an amc with eureka for the period 26/06/09 to 23/06/2012. No replacements have been carried out during 2010 as per the amc and irresponsible answer by Mr.Babu from eureka service wing. They have denied the replacement of carbon and candle despite several requests made through phone. Finally they replaced it on 23.03.2011 for the due falling on 1.06.2010. I have faced many problems during 2010 in getting pure water and my family suffered a lot in getting good drinking water. So I requested them to extend the service contract for another one year or to replace one further carbon/candle free of cost after the amc period to compensate this. But the people from Eureka denied this. So proper action may be taken against eureka for the non compliance amc conditions
