Complaint Details
I booked a portable bedside table on 6th July and made the online payment Order No. 6729118). The order was initially delivered on 17th July – it was found to have a broken plastic component – replacement was promised. On 10th Aug.,to my shocking surprise, the consignment received contained a FOLDING STOOL instead of the PORTABLE BEDSIDE TABLE.
After that I have made numerous calls and mails to the customer service but have received only assurances of prompt action. Two maonths have nearly passed and there is no action at all.
