Complaint Details
I booked a multipurpose spray gun on 9th July and made the online payment Order No. 6743519). The consignment was incomplete and did not contain two components – i.e. the 10 m long HOSE PIPE & a KNOB. After much correspondence, I was informed on 19th July through SMS that the missing accessories have been shipped to me. Till date, I haven’t received them (more than 8 weeks have passed).
After that I have made numerous calls and mails to the customer service but have received only assurances of prompt action. Two maonths have nearly passed and there is no action at all.
