It is my insurance policy going on with Aviva of 1Cr. with the premium of 29000INR approx. The policy was taken by me last year in August'12. The next premium was on 31st August and it was supposed to get auto debited from my account. Though my account was having sufficient funds in it. I am receiving mails and message for the payment reminder. I am calling customer care and they are just replying that it will get debit from my account within 2-3 days. No it's almost 7 days from the payment day. But no action from Aviva India. I am worried if they make the policy invalid due to no payment.
