Complaint Details
I gave my curtains(2 sets- 4 pieces) for drycleaning. It was returned to me washed and had shrunk 3-4 inches. When I called FabricSpa up to complaint against their service, they told me they needed the curtain back to inspect what damage was done. They then returned it to me having washed it again. It shrunk further. They have horrible lack of sense because of which they washed it again. I want justice for myself by recovering the cost for my curtains and the price I paid for the drycleaning (1000Rs.)
